Thara is a PMP-certified technocrat with over 27 years of experience in the BFSI segment, having held leadership roles at Indian Telephone Industries, Infosys, and Intellect Design Arena Ltd.

At Intellect, as Vice President – Global Support Head, she established the Professional Services Group, transitioned service projects into product support, and achieved delivery excellence by institutionalizing Hybrid Agile practices and deploying JIRA for project management.

At Infosys, Thara managed global client delivery, production support, version migrations, RFPs, pre-sales activities, and contract negotiations, while earlier leading configuration and release management as a Technical Specialist.

Her career foundation at Indian Telephone Industries strengthened her technology operations expertise. She is widely recognized for driving delivery excellence, strategic execution, and building high-performing teams.
