    Roles and Responsibilities

    Business Related
    • Finalization of Requirement Study for new clients/ new features for existing clients
    • Preparation of BRD/ Functional Document in collaboration with Documentation team and obtaining sign-off from client
    • Preparation of Prototype in Collaboration with Web Design team and obtaining sign-off from client
    • Support to Sales team in RFP responses/ Demos/ performing POCs
    Accounting Related
    • Analyzing Accounting Impact of the business requirements and finalizing the same in sync with the product capabilities
    • Configuration of Accounting events in the system
    • Co-ordination with the development team on accounting related development and providing guidance on the same
    • Formulating designs for MIS Reports and providing guidance in the development of the same
    • Testing of accounting impact of any new development in the system
    • Verification of accounting data on a day to day/weekly/month basis as required in the live system and reconciling the same with the manual records shared by the client
    • Verification & certification of accounting reports generated through the system
    • Verification of data in the event of Migration of data from an external system into the company’s accounting product
    Quality Control
    • Conduct a business/conceptual testing of the system on any new development to ensure that it is viable and valid from a business/conceptual standpoint
    • Conducting a system audit on a regular basis to ensure the authenticity of accounting configurations and transactions
    Research & Development
    • Participating in Continuous Improvement Techniques to improve the quality of accounting in the product to develop an efficient accounting solution
    • Contributing to accounting requirements of other lending solutions offered

    Mandatory Skills

    • Must have excellent written and oral communication Skills
    • Must be a very active team player
    • Must have the ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
    • Should have the basic knowledge about the banking concepts
    • Highly competent in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

    Added Advantages

    • Tally certifications would be an added advantage.

    Business Development Manager (Sales)

    4 to 6 years in IT / Consulting Sales

    Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (MBA preferred)

      Key Responsibilities

      • Sell enterprise software solutions to corporate clients.
      • Identify and connect with key decision makers in large organizations.
      • Run focused email campaigns promoting services and value proposition.
      • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales solutions across offshore, onsite, and nearshore models.
      • Deliver online demos and presentations to CXOs and decision makers.
      • Respond to proposal queries and follow up diligently to ensure sales funnel closure.
