Shri. Balaji Vasudevan leads SysArc Infomatix as our CEO & MD. With over 27 years of extensive experience in banking and strategy consulting, he has held pivotal roles at Sundaram Finance, ICICI Bank, Accenture Strategy, IBM Consulting and Equitas Bank.
Balaji has a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives, solving complex client challenges, and providing invaluable advisory to board members and senior executives. His leadership has led to significant transformations in strategic planning, business growth, market penetration, performance improvement, agile delivery, and customer experience at his clients.
As a certified Independent Director by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Balaji blends technical expertise with strong leadership and corporate governance skills. His commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation empowers teams and nurtures creativity, positioning SysArc as a leading provider of lending automation solutions in the fintech industry.
Balaji holds a Gold Medal in MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at Bharathidasan University. His vision and leadership are set to propel SysArc to new heights, as he operates from SysArc's headquarters Chennai, India.

Kanagaraj Marimuthu is serving SysArc and its customers for over 15 years. His exceptional delivery and client management skills are producing commendable success in the implementation of SysArc's products. Kanagaraj's management talent combined with technical and functional expertise is a great value addition that facilitates growing business opportunities for SysArc.
Mr. Marimuthu is passionate about grooming and developing young software professionals to reach towering heights in their career.
Prior to joining SysArc, Kanagaraj had a distinguished technology career for 12 years. Kanagaraj holds a Bachelor's degree.
Saravanan Krishnaswamy
Senior VP - Technology Services
Saravanan Krishnaswamy leads the technology initiatives of SysArc. Mr. Krishnaswamy chairs the Technical Architecture Committee that serves the technical needs of 70+ customers worldwide. He leads the technical group on technology upgrades, implementations and product coding standards.
Saravanan has played a key role in establishing the technical superiority of our products by introducing and implementing leading-edge methodologies, tools and components that are best suited for the industry.
Saravanan has been with SysArc for more than 15 years. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Application (MCA) and is based out of Atlanta, USA.
Anand Balaji Raghavan
Sr Vice President - India Delivery
With over 27 + years of experience in technology and Business leadership, I currently serve as the SVP at SysArc Infomatix, spearheading implementations and delivery for the India banking business . My role involves driving strategic product implementations and ensuring seamless delivery execution with P/L and revenue responsibilities . I leverage my expertise in delivery models , governance and focus on orchestrating and driving innovative solutions to meet our customer needs.
In my earlier role with Bahwan CyberTek, I contributed to banking product delivery in risk management and credit monitoring, introducing advanced Early Warning Systems and establishing "First Time Right" models. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to fostering collaboration, enabling growth through emerging technologies, and delivering impactful solutions in the domains of Fintech.
Vijaya Krishnan
VP - Sales
Vijayakrishnan is a creative and results-driven professional with nearly 15 years of rich international experience across banking, financial institutions, and IT software. With an impressive track record of driving consistent growth in revenue and profit. He is skilled in providing differentiated product propositions and a solution-based approach, creating win-win situations and fostering long-term client retention.
In addition to his extensive experience, Vijayakrishnan holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a B.Sc. in Computer Science, where he earned a gold medal for his outstanding performance. He has also obtained certifications in IRDA, AMFI, and IIBF, with a focus on developing financial services and marketing strategies.
Gayathri Krishnamurthy
VP - Research & Development
Gayathri Krishnamurthy manages the India delivery team that caters to the needs of the vast Indian Clientele of SysArc in the Web as well as the Mobile & Tab lending solutions' space. Gayathri played a key role in introducing the new technology stack in product development. Gayathri is a natural leader, bringing onboard strong enquiring leadership style, always ready to offer service to colleagues, with critical eye towards continuous improvement of team performance.
Ms. Krishnamurthy has served in various capacities in the Software Delivery ranging from Technical Delivery management, Quality Assurance and Vendor Management for companies like Cognizant Technology Solutions, India & the US, Carphone Warehouse Limited, London and Amsphere Pvt Limited, London before joining SysArc. She holds an engineering degree in Computer Science (B.Tech) from Pondicherry Engineering College, and is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management.
Ms. Krishnamurthy was an athlete and represented her state in the national level athletics competitions and kho-kho tournaments, she loves listening to Carnatic music.
Tharabai Ponnusamy
VP - Service Delivery
Thara is a PMP-certified technocrat with over 27 years of experience in the BFSI segment, having held leadership roles at Indian Telephone Industries, Infosys, and Intellect Design Arena Ltd.
At Intellect, as Vice President - Global Support Head, she established the Professional Services Group, transitioned service projects into product support, and achieved delivery excellence by institutionalizing Hybrid Agile practices and deploying JIRA for project management.
At Infosys, Thara managed global client delivery, production support, version migrations, RFPs, pre-sales activities, and contract negotiations, while earlier leading configuration and release management as a Technical Specialist.
Her career foundation at Indian Telephone Industries strengthened her technology operations expertise. She is widely recognized for driving delivery excellence, strategic execution, and building high-performing teams. Guided by a people-centric leadership philosophy, Thara fosters innovation, collaboration, and resilience, enabling organizations and professionals to achieve sustainable growth.
R. Jesudass Anand
VP - Service Delivery
Heading delivery with multiple implementations across banks on loan origination application. Maintaining customer first approach, quality focus, faster delivery, managing budget and consistency in all implementations.
Around 28 years of experience with 25 years in banking and insurance domain. Veteran in implementation of products like loan originations, loan management, collections applications and workflow management applications. Done various implementations in India, Europe, South America and Australia.
